Field is the field-sales app published by Dextol Inc, for iPhone, Android and the browser.

When you report a problem, please include the device you are using, the app version (in the account menu under your name), and what you were doing when it happened. A screenshot helps.

Signing in

You sign in with an email address and password, or with a Google, Microsoft or Apple account. If you have forgotten your password, use Forgot password? on the sign-in screen.

Joining your company’s team

A rep joins their company’s team with a join code from their manager. If you do not have one, ask the person who set Field up for your company. Only use a code that was given to you for a team you actually work with.

Deleting your account

You can delete your own account from inside the app, or by email if you no longer have it installed. The steps, and exactly what is removed and what stays with your company, are on Delete your account.

Your company’s data

The business that set up Field owns the records its team enters. A company administrator can ask about, export or delete that data by writing to privacy@dextol.ai. How we handle personal information is in the privacy policy; the terms of use are in the terms of service.
